Skipping a track on a Note 5

[AC Question]

I just switched over from BlackBerry to a Note 5, how does one skip a music track or repeat it without using the app. I used to do it with the volume rockers on BB, but now it just cranks up the volume.

Welcome to Android Central! Android phones don't have dedicated media hardware buttons. You don't have to open the app, because most music players will allow you to control the playback from the notification panel. Swipe down the notification panel, and you should see the music player's controls there.
