Problems after glass replacement

I cracked the glass on S4 and I replaced it, properly with the optical glue and everything. The screen works, but I have fluttery lines all across the screen and the left side is slightly discolored. I've noticed that it goes away when the camera is pulled up though. So what the heck happened and how do I fix it?
