what are way i can get my htc one max screen to work it isnt responding but everything still work like it shough just not my touch screen my homescreen still receives updates i still get messages my touch screen isnt responding though

There appears to be damage to the touch panel. You can find tutorials online to replace the touch panel and LCD; however, if you are not up to the task I would suggest a reputable repair center or replacement of the device.
