I have lost a contact on my IMO App for my Galaxy Core phone.

An important contact has disappeared from my IMO Contacts List. The contact appears on my Chats List, but when I try to connect to it, i get the message 'Your buddy is not logged in to imo'. My contact can ring me no problem, but i cannot ring my contact. I have tried everything to fix, but to no avail.
