Can a Galaxy Note 5 / S6 do voice text while my car hands free is listning to another rouce like XM

Hi,
I have Windows Phone.. 8.1 which no matter what audio source I am using.. simulates an auto answered call so breaks in to the XM Radio for CD or FM etc. With my text messages and asks me if I want to reply.

I can also hold down the voice command button on the phone to start this and then ask phone directly to start a text.. without switching to Bluetooth Audio.

I am looking to switch, but only if I keep this level of function with the car. I use it a lot

Hi, I'm not sure if S Voice offers this function or Google Now, but I have a Moto X Pure / Style and this has hands free driving mode. If a call or text comes in, my music will stop and it will read out the message or accept the call (if I want it to)
