Z3 compact plus and wireless keyboard.

Hello, Bought a Bluetooth Wireless keyboard. Compatible with Apple, Windows and Android.
But my Z3 compact plus does not pick up the signal from the keyboard.
My wife's iPads mini and her HTC desire both work in the keyboard fine.
Just my phone won't work.
Anybody got any suggestions on how to make this work please?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you sure the keyboard isn't currently connected to the iPad or HTC phone while you're trying to connect it with your phone? A Bluetooth keyboard can be connected to only one device at a time.
