Shortly after getting my phone, the numeric keypad stopped working. I can make calls just fine, but I can't get into my voicemail or use any system that requires I press any specific number for options. The keypad is there, it lights up and shows the numbers I've pressed like it should, but the system on the other end doesn't register it.
I've tried clearing the phones apps cache, turning the button sound on and then back off.
