Reset Screen Timeout and Secured Lock Time settings

[AC Question]

Screen Timeout - My phone is set to the "Easy Mode" and I am trying to change the screen timeout. I want to set it to 3 minutes. However, after I select 3 minutes a message window pops up that says "Screen will be turned off.... Secured lock time is currently set to 1 minute." My phone screen is going black quickly and I have to reenter my password must be reentered. The very short time span is becoming very annoying!

How can I change the settings for Screen Timeout setting and the Secured Lock Time setting?
