How can I fix a samsung s4 boot loop on lollipop?

AC Question

Hi, if possible I would like some advice. I have had my s4 for just over 2 years and had lollipop running for a month or so with no issue. For the last 2 days however after uninstalled Facebook and reinstalling it (it was glitching and force closing) my phone has started randomly rebooting and keeps getting stuck in a boot loop. Occasionally it manages to get a full reboot but just restarts a few minutes later. I have tried turning it off via the power button but it can't even fully power off. The sensor buttons and notification light just stay on. I have tried booting safe mode but it will not boot it. It just turns back off. I have cleared the cache partition and even done a hard factory reset. None of which worked. The battery is fine and not swollen so that shouldn't be the issue. The power button appears to be functioning fine. I'm stuck as to what is wrong and how to fix it. Any ideas you may have would help a lot. Thanks in advance.
Becca.
