How may I restore video quality after sending?

Was asked if Note 3 could compress or resize or clip videos to send, and I said yes...but never dreamed they would be permanently downsized in the device memory! Yikes. HeLp?

Welcome to Android Central! Don't bother trying to send videos via MMS. The max file size you can send is around 1.2 MB, which is pretty useless for videos. The best way is to upload your video to somewhere like YouTube, Google Drive, or Google Photos, then share the link privately with the recipient.
