How do I delete the APUS App on a LG G Pad 7.0

I have tired to go to Settings > Security > Device administrator, Unticked the APUS apps and ticked back Android Device and after that go to Settings > Apps and search for APUS and tired to delete it but the delete button doesn't show up. I have also tired to delete it from the Google Play store, but that doesn't work either.

I tried to put it on safety mode and do the same process, but it didn't work.

I tried to put it on safety mode and do the same process, but it didn't work. The only option I have available is "force stop" (but I have ad this even before i did the safety mode). The APUS also installs random apps on my device and I cannot even install those apps either.
