Cannot save downloads to micro SD card

I am using a Galaxy tab 4. I cannot find any option that will use my new Samsung 32GB Micro SD card for downloads.

I can move some files from the main 8GB over, but not enough to actually download very much.

I am running Android 4.4.2

Any help would be useful, I am a n00b, so please be nice.

Welcome to Android Central! Most devices don't allow you to set the SD card as the universal default download location. You might find that option in the settings of individual apps, though.
