My daughter's grand prime is stuck on boot loop.

I tried wiping data, wiping data partition, and removing the sim and battery. I also can't do anything on the bootloader screen because it's stuck on downloading...do not turn off target. Nothing I've tried is working, still on boot loop. She swears she didn't go on anything to give her a virus.

You mean that the phone is stuck at "downloading do not turn of target"?
