How to fix my android tv box stuck on boot loop for more than 3 hours

My TV box stuck on boot loop for more than a week and I can't restart it and can't recover it I tried to reset it by the the small button in the AV hill but no luck

By no luck what do you mean? Did you see it reset? Try unplugging it, wait for a minute, then press the reset button down for a few seconds and then plug it in keeping the button pressed.
