Phone call quality SGA5

[AC Question]

Hi, I have an active 5 and recently have been having an issue with call quality. One specific person i talk to there is greater quality on the phone call, but the other party cannot hear me sometimes. It almost sounds like its on a facetime call on and iphone. But when i speak with other people with iphone, i do not get this effect. Is there some setting i am missing on the phone that causes this? On the phone that this is happening with (the iphone), the wifi calling setting is turned off. Any explanation for this?

Do you have volte enabled? If so, try to disable it.
