My android alcatel keeps shutting down apps automatically.

For instance if I use the weather app it will let me view todays weather. If I press on tomorrows it it reads Unfortuantely, Weather has stopped. The only button to press is ok.

Try Settings, Storage, Cached Data, and clear the cache.
