Why can't I read my tibetan pages on my lollipop note 3

Hello !

I am struggling to understand how to have my tibetan font work in the browser (wether I use Chrome, Mozzila or the default internet app). And in most of my apps.

First, I changed the font, adding one with hi-font.
It changed the font in the search bar and my history (in other apps, the title)... but not the pages.
For example if I search monlamit, i get squares in my search results.

I am using a galasy note 3, with lollipop 5.0

Please, someone help Why doesn't my font changes everywhere ?

Yes, I did.
It says it is incompatible.
And note that the tibetan font I have (the same one, in fact, but installed through hifont) works on different spaces.

Any other idea ?
