Dr. Phone Analyzing Device Failed

[AC Question]

Recently i deleted a save file and while searching the internet came across Dr. Phone. I downloaded their application and followed the steps provided. My phone is not rooted since i do not want to void the warranty so i chose the one tap root option. But when it gets to Analyzing... it will restart my phone i think to try and root but because my phone is turned off it disconnects. This will always happen at 4 or 5%.
