Boot Screen Freeze NeuTab N10

[AC Question]

I have been sitting here with my NeuTab N10 that I received yesterday while waiting for it to turn on. It has been stuck on the booting Android screen for about thirty to fourty- five minutes now. I have tried resetting it and other tricks online, but most things I cannot do due to the lack of volume buttons tangible outside of the screen. This tablet worked so well up until now, where it is rendered completely useless. Please help me, because the tablet is excellent and I would love to continue using it for longer than one day.

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, this is the main problem with off-brand devices like yours--higher chance of hardware or firmware defects. There may not be much you can do besides contacting the manufacturer for warranty repair, or returning the device to the store.

Does the tablet have a pinhole reset button in the back?

Hi I have the same issue. Only had this tab for a few weeks. There is a reset hole on the tablet. How long should it be held down for?
