Why can't I transfer songs on my laptop to my phone (Blackview Ultra A6)?

I have tried to connect the phone to my laptop but Windows keep saying that they don't have the driver software for the phone. I tried a lot of things but no avail. Please help.

Use the micro USB lead provided with the Blackview Ultra A6 when you bought it.

You will the be prompted by your Blackview Ultra A6 what to do and your laptop will then open the files in your Blackview Ultra A6 allowing you to transfer music, photos, videos, etc. from your laptop.

Any other micro USB leads will not work. I know this from experience.
