I am stuck by an advanced option which has locked my screen.

(At the top of the home screen is a little hand in the task bar.) The only thing the phone does is tell me to double tap and swipe the screen, constantly. It won't go to any other page. It speaks the command to dbl tap etc.
I caused the problem when I went into advanced options, and without any info in my little book, turned it on to see what it did. I believe it was a speech option of some type and I am stuck good.
I need to get out of this mode.

Hi, welcome to the forums! It looks like you activated TalkBack. You can disable it in settings - accessibility. In most phones you need to swipe with two fingers and double tap to select the different options after TalkBack is enabled. Tell us how it goes.
