cant download or view any media files

My phone has been rooted however i played around too much i have a alcatel onetouch pop c1 and i deleted download manager and some other system apps now i cant download play music its now just a telephone. help me please

Welcome to the forums. You will probably have to reflash the stock ROM. I saw a couple youtube videos that show how to do it, but I would compare your exact model number to what they are doing.
