I factory reseted my phone, i can’t get passes the eula and diagnostic data screen.

Hello. I have a rooted galaxy s5. I realized i was running out of my space on my device. I go into setting and realize that 10 gigs of data were under the “Other” category. I went online and read that the way to fix this is via factory reset. I did so. Now when i boot up my phone and select my wifi and etc it brings me to the EULA & Diagnostic Data Screen. When I accept to it, it loads a black screen, then it says Unfortunately, Smart Wizard Has Stopped. Then it brings me back to EULA page. Please Help!!
