I have a Kyocera Hydro Icon Phone, i really like the looks of this phone but i am having an issue an issue that the tech's cannot figure out what to do, i am hoping that you have more knowledge, the phone is a free phone from FreedomPop.
My issue is: when i make a call, the person on the other end get static and a crackling sound therefore they cannot hear me even tho i can hear them clearly.
