Galaxy Note 2 suddenly turns off, battery related issue?

[AC Question]

My Galaxy Note 2 has been suddenly been turning off. But when connecting it to a charger, it will turn on again. But only after a few seconds when the battery logo appears.

I tried:
>Emmc check.
>Anti-virus scan

Nothing seems to work.
