LG Leon Screen Flickering And Not Really Responding After Getting Wet What The Problem To Fix?

I'm guessing it's the digitiser or the screen but don't know. What would it cost to fix and how long would it take in a shop?

You would need to ask theshop. The repair is a few hours work but I have no idea about availability of parts
