I am stuck Ultra power saving mode samsung core prime

My phone had dead battery so when i reached home i put it on charge and when i turned it on it had Ultra power saving mode enabled but when i tried to disable it it reboots and it happens all over again. i have default touchwiz launcher

I used Package Disabler to speedup my note 5 but I didn't notice it also disable Ultra Power Saving service so it locked my phone. I had a solution to unlock it without do factory reset. All data is kept. Here is the blog post
