Settings are self changing!

[AC Question]

Before the last update, I used to plug my phone into my pc & could drag& drop files all of the time. Now, I have to go into the top gray settings screen every time I plug in, then select Connected As a Media Device, then select Transferring Media Files. As soon as I unplug, it has to be done again. HELP!
