Whenever the phone is rebooted, the message " the SIM card is unknown" comes. However, by selecting OK, i am able to work on the phone. The problems that i am however facing is that the call log and phone book when selected, go blank for few mins.
There is a lag in accessing the call log and phone book.
Can someone guide for a possible solution please.
