Deleted google account now offline

I deleted my Google account then added it again and now I can only get online and into apps when on Wi-Fi. It just says offline. How do I get back online?

You're not connecting to the mobile data network. First make sure you don't have it turned off. If it's on, take the phone to your carrier. The SIM could have gone bad (most carriers replace them for free), the phone could have gone bad or there could be something changed in your account settings (that they'll have to change back).
