why is my pc showing every other file except a notification file

I want to add a custom sound to my notification file.All files are there on my pc except this one. ATT galaxy6

You should have a folder named Notifications (note the upper case N). Add the sound file there. (You'll have to restart the phone for it to be recognized.)
