Screen shows ghosting in Facebook app and Homescreen

[AC Question]

Can't figure out the phone has just suddenly started ghosting images and video. On facebook app if a video is playing it will have a ghosting effect above it. I have a light grayed bars on the screen if white pages. If I go to the settings/display and select adaptive display it then shows colour bleeding on the screen on that page. Is this a failure, I used Oculus before and it worked fine, just seem to be homescreen/settings and facebook very wierd. Any ideas
