Multiple users

I know how to add multiple users on my LG g5 from settings>users, but after adding 1 extra user I notice that now, "add user"is greyed out.
No explanation

Nobody ?? I have googled this more but can't find information. All of what i,found is out of date or irrelevant as its for version 4 of android or a tablet??

You probably don't have enough memory to add more. My Moto G2 could only have 2 users plus guest (8G). My Moto G4 can have 4 users plus guest (32G).

I'm trying to Google a way to change that limit: I know for tablets I've seen things saying to root and change a particular variable that sets the limit.

Can an admin send me a password request? I'm logged in on tapatalk but not my browser and it claims my username doesn't exist ( yes the one I'm using )
