How do I get MOTO G3 to receive incoming calls and sms after factory reset?

Recently, not knowing how it happened, my moto 3g 2015 started telling incoming calls that i was speaking and now after factory reset process it says i am not available. Previously i was able to receive and send sms out on whatsapp, however i was only able to findout who has called by checking missed calls and than make return calls through that. I was able to also use whatsapp to make calls out, but no incoming notification. 2 days ago i factory reset and now i can not receive or send phone calls or sms. what the heck? help please
