My phone keeps saying unfortunately google play services has stop working

It pops up every 30 seconds no matter what I do I've tried to clear caches and uninstal it and updated it still nothing please help me.

Hmm, that is odd. Does this happen on Wi-Fi or data only? What about signal strength - do you have low signal or low data, etc when you are getting these messages?
