AC Question

I just upgraded to a note 5 today and once I transferred all my data over I went through all the Samsung and at&t software updates and once it hit 100% the phone shut off and is now in a bootloop that has been going for 3+ hours now. Holding power button does nothing. How do I get it out of the bootloop and what would have caused it?

Hold the power button, home button and volume down button at the same time, once the screen goes off hold the volume up, power and home button till boots into recovery. Once in recovery choose clear cache and try reboot if this doesn't work go back to recovery and choose wipe data/factory reset. Let me know if this doesn't work

I've used "reboot system now", "wipe cache partition", "reboot to bootloader", "power down", and even "wipe data/factory reset" all a few times in different orders and it still boot loop upon startup. Went to at&t and they said they've never heard phones doing a boot loop nor a having a software update cause it. They tried the same thing as we'll, so no help on that end. The options "apply update from ADB", and "apply update from external storage" say disabled when clicked and "apply update from cache" is deprecated. Any other recommendations?

Just called the insurance company and they're sending a new phone, they seemed to think they sent a non-working phone. Thanks for your help.
