Moto G dont work?

[AC Question]

My Moto G dont work really it turns on and off many times with charger. Without the charger it turns on, but I can turn on. It have options Bootloader Logs, start, restart bootloader, recovery mode, power off, factory mode, barcodes, bp tools, and qcom. I was searching on Youtube how you turn on but all the steps dont works. Hope you understand my english please help me!
