I purchased and downloaded an app, and it didn't install.

I tried to install Essential Anatomy 3 onto my android Tab E through the app store. I payed for it, it downloaded, but when it started to install, it didn't work. I got a note that said "cannot install".

I am worried that I just payed for nothing and I do not know how to try installing it again without having to risk more money for nothing.

Help will be very much appreciated.

Welcome to the forums. Can you go back to the Play store and in the same app click uninstall? That should give you a refund. If not, I would contact Google.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you actually purchase it from the Google Play Store, or from some other app store (like Amazon Underground)?
