Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 won't turn on or go to recovery and download mode.

i was supposed to flash the stock firmware on my tab because i didn't want the custom rom anymore but when i flashed it on odin, it failed. and then the "firmware upgrade encountered an issue" screen showed up. i was going to try flashing again but it won't even turn on or be recognized by the pc or odin. the screen just turns on whenever i connect it to the charger but the screen keeps on turning on and off. it won't turn on unless you connect it to a charger. i don't know how to fix this. help please? any methods to fix this? i don't want to spend a lot of money in order for this to be fixed. thank you!
