I turn the s5 off o let it reboot and it won't turn back on no lights no sound . thanks GB

this happen one time before and after taking it back to the store and trying different buttons to reset it it came back on

Welcome to the forums. Have you already tried to force reboot? Press and hold the Volume down and Power keys for 10-20 seconds. This performs a simulated battery disconnect.
