I cannot see photos from within the Camera app

[AC Question]

I'm running v6.0 on an Lg G4 and when I take a picture using the standard Camera app, then hit the little circle that contains the miniature image, it states that "You've turned off permission for the storage. To edit, go to Apps Settings".
I cannot for the life of me find a setting in either Camera or Gallery that will resolve this.
Any ideas please?

Have you tried Settings, Apps, All, and checked the Permissions for each app there?
