contact list is gone

[AC Question]

have LG L 16C. turned on phone all contacts are gone. shut off phone, waited but no luck. hit "menu" which I believe is the 3 vertical dots top right of screen (not techno savvy) doesn't give me any options to finding list. Please help

go to contacts and go to options and select contacts to display and select all contacts
