Texts Coming in Out of Order - Time Set on Manual

[AC Question]

I live right inside a time zone change. I live in CST but work in EST. Because I'm so close to the time zone change, in the past, my phone hasn't always converted back to CST when I get home and I've woken up late before because of this. So I have always set my phone time to manual. I just got the S7 Active and changed my time to manual, central daylight time. But when I receive texts when I'm at work (EST), they come in with a time stamp of EST and my outgoing texts are CST so the texts are all out of order. My S4 didn't do this. How do I fix this?
