why am i not receiving any text messages?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and I am not receiving any text messages, however I'm able to send out text messages. Cleared Cache and still can not receive text messages. How can I fix this? Do I need to go in and talk to my carrier??

Check your apn settings against those of your carrier. Edit them if incorrect otherwise speak with your carrier

Did you just get your S6? If so, did you have an iPhone previously? If that is the case, did you unregister iMessage?
