How can I remove "safe Mode"?

I have an S3 mobile phone and it seems to have gone to Safe Mode with many of my apps locked or unavailable. I have no idea how I managed it!! It has a little black block in the left hand corner with Safe Mode written on it. I would appreciate any help...Rose

Hello Rose, welcome to the forums. Usually a reboot is enough to exit safe mode. Power your phone off and back on and see if it's still there. Tell us how it goes.
