Hi everyone, recently my mom's Realme C21y screen broke, and I attempted to repair it by following a YouTube video. However, it's been a few weeks since she used the phone, and she can't recall the PIN code. I've tried the usual method of pressing the volume down or up button simultaneously with the power button, but it either boots normally to the menu with the code or goes into safe mode and displays the same menu with "Safe Mode" in the bottom left corner.
Is there a way to factory reset this phone, or should we wait in the hope that she somehow remembers the PIN? Thanks in advance for your help, and have a great day/night!
