HTC m9 error messages flashing continuously

My phone battery died, when i turned it back on it did some sort of android update and now the two error messages keep flashing up, unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped and unfortunately sense home has stopped I can't get onto the home screen to get into the settings as they are continuous. If I can I would like to avoid a factory reset. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've been having the same problem with mine for a while now, my suggestion with this phone is to not let it die because this normally happens when it dies. One solution that fixed it for me one time was I pushed another launcher to it from the playstore on my computer and made sure to change my primary launcher to the new one when I got the message asking about which launcher to use. I like the google launcher myself.

Unfortunately, unless you can root it, I don't think you can fix this without replacing the phone. I had sprint do a complete factory reset on it once and it didn't help one bit.
