Why is my storage saying I have 4gb space available but the total is much more total space left

I dont know why but firstly i am using cloud storage so does my saved file added to my phone storage ? Second my phone storage has a total of only 4gb left and my misc , pictures and videos in total has 300mb .. And my phone storage is 15gb so why is there only 4gb left pls help me..

Hi, the system o/s installed on your phone takes up the majority of storage, far more than your images / videos etc. If you use a cloud storage, then no this won't impact your internal storage. Unless you are holding on to the original image / video - if so, delete them if they are backed up correctly.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have? If it's an older phone, your total internal storage might be partitioned into a smaller app installation area and a larger "internal SD" that acts like an SD card.
