Internet issues?

Ok I'm not sure if I should post this in the Samsung Galaxy S5 Active or not. Using any type of Internet on the phone via wifi it says no connection all of a sudden. This is within the past hour. I'm sitting here looking at my WiFi and it's up and running. I flip it to 4G and it's fine. Back to WiFi shows up/downstream but nothing really connects via wifi. Any ideas? Phone or could it be wifi? Laptop runs fine on wifi.
 
Reset your router.
Sometimes a phone won't re-provision when attempting to connect to the home network after switching back from a data connection.
 
You can try resetting your devices network settings from the backup and reset section in settings
Also if you are on AT&T, disable their "Smart WiFi" app.

I had to completely restore my phone back to all its original settings. *sigh* Since I never have been able to back up my phone using the smart app I had to download all the apps, dig for notes I'd luckily saved by word on my lapatop. That was fun. 😕 5 hours later....it's back to how it was. 😆
