By flashing custom ROM does IMEI will change to factory as well?

I have galaxy S5 wich I bought from ebay as it turned out it was blacklisted. So I had it unlocked. This unlocking changed phones original IMEI to different one. Because of that I can't update software to newer one. Question is by flashing custom ROM does IMEI gonna change to factory one?

Unfortunately we do not allow discussion of illegal activities within the forums. The best idea would be to contact the seller or dispute the purchase via Ebay, get a refund and return the phone which as been reported lost, stolen or unpaid by the carrier.
